We collect and process your personal data when you register to correspond with us or our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete the tenancy application or tenancy inquiries.

Karuhatan Public Market obtains the necessary personal details, such as the prospective tenant, approved tenant, and existing tenant's complete name, address, email address, and phone number, in addition to a valid ID and a cedula. Through the completion of the tenancy application and to the approved and existing tenants, the market owner handling this will get such information.
